Learn to Exercise Safely Through your pregnancy. 

You may have read something like, "Continue doing what you are used to."  While this is true, it is only the first half of the sentence.  It really should read, "Continue doing what you are used so long as you are following the guidelines for exercise during pregnancy."  There are pregnancy specific guidelines for how often, how long and how intense you should exercise.  There are also guidelines for what types of exercise and sports to avoid.
